@Deavenear oh plz if u do alot of the weight that u want to lose will register on ur scale bcuz its sitting in the colon. and waste in the colon that is not being dumped everyday leads to cancer and all bacteria related diseases in the blood , skin, cells and organs. anyway good luck the choice is yours i just detest assholes like the one who made this vid….I CANT BELIEVE PPL ARE EVEN LISTENING TO THIS IDIOT!!!!!!
@Deavenear do not!!!!!! this guy is an ASSHOLE…do ur own research and you will find alot of things that he said was wrong about whole grains and oats and even green tea…. to lose wight is just to be conscious about health and what roles different foods play in the body. if u eliminate oats you will have a sluggish colon and probably go off every two days and when u do it wont be much. all diseases stem from the colon which acts like a drain in the body.
i suggest that u go to college dude….where did u get ur crappy info from….oats are very good for you bcuz they clean ur colon and so are whole grains…they also reduce or keep regulating ur blood pressure which is important for rebuilding new cells in the body. i am aware that our bodies do not process insoluable fiber and oats and grains fall into that bracket but they extremely vital to colon health . we know caffeine is bad for ur kidney and artificial sweetners are poision

Dead on about the grains and almost right about dairy. RAW dairy (especially raw goat) is exceptional nutrition for your body. Raw goat kefir goes even further and eliminates the lactose aspect. Otherwise good info.

Omar, you are giving contradictory advice. In the love handles video, you say one can never drink enough green tea, but now you say too much green tea means a lot of caffeine. So should I drink a lot or a little green tea?
Hey man, why caffeine is bad?? I think its fat burning and even bodybuilters use it in powder form to burn fat.. I drink one double Espresso (BIG amount of caffeine) everyday and i’m cool! Even lost 10kgr since January! Can you answer me please cuz i got confused..! :/

You’re 100% right about grains. The thing is ALL forms of carbonhydrates are bad and will make you fat. The only form of carbs you should consume (with moderation) is fruits and nuts.
You are right about that carbs = insulin = can’t lose fat.
You are definately WRONG about ariticial sweeteners. They do NOT make you produce insulin. This the whole point why people with diabetes can drink diet coke without taking a needle with insulin. Artif. sweeteners are bad for other reasons.
