The diet is to remove foods that cause inflammation, he does mention vinegar too. I missed one whole page of other foods to stop eating for the week. After this week I want to do the ultrametabolism diet.

Yes Jinxie this book was written just for you. I hope you watched his youtube videos. I don’t know how long it takes to really clean up the inflammation but this is a great start.
It is fascinating and makes perfect sense to me. The more we weigh the more we are inflamed because it lives in fat cells. The reason we can’t lose weight.

Yes, it has a 7 day plan even a shopping list. It is very veg friendly. 2 or more cups twice a day. It is not red meat friendly, which I will miss.

That is what this detox diet is all about plus getting rid of inflammation. It is just the beginning, the book is just the first 7 days. I will continue to the metabolism book next. I do this because it fits into my lifestyle and food choices. It is loaded with plant food, no beef or eggs.

I have removed the sugars out of my eating plan, and now its time to remove the vinegar and oil salad dressing too, atleast the vinegar..thanks for a great update
