First of all you don’t need a personal trainer, you can do all this and save money.
Just eat right, drink water, walk and ither join a class at your gym such as cycling or dance class, swimming, join a sport if you want. Simple as that. Personal trainers are good, but there way to expensive and if you want to save money keep it in your pocket do that stuff above, its worth so much less than a personal trainer !

Great info, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it’s POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don’t even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. All those methods I discovered at w w w weightlossdatabase.info <- this membership site is simply amazing and has some unique ways.

@Boogers4dinner what are you eating? perhaps reduce carbs,or eat carbs around workout times, and more veggies w/ low glycemic index. Reduce sugar. No sweets, or try to reduce them, you’ll lose the craving for all of this if you stick to it. Have smaller meal 5 to 6 a day, that include 3 main meals, with several snacks. There’s a lot of info on the net that you can research. Google low-glycemic meals. It’s not all genetics. You have some control over it. Don’t eat your Boogers4dinnner.
thats crazy, ive been skipping rope for a while now and i feel no soreness on my arms, i can only feels it on may legs.

I wonder why fat just insist on going to the stomach area. I know it’s genetics, but damn, I hate that because it is so annoying for guys. Most women get their fat to their hips and butt which is sexy for them, but fat to the stomach isn’t sexy to the ladies. Their fat deposits can make them sexy, guys fat deposits can make them unsexy with the potbelly thang going on. LOL Life’s unfair sometimes.
If you do jump rope on hardwood floors it would be alooot more easier. Im just saying♥ KEEP IT UP!:)

focus is the hardest thing its easy 2 feel motivated after failure but it doesnt last long soon it goes away and ur bak 2 bein lazy its those momments that u half 2 push urself and just do it even tho u dont feel like it and get passed that wall its not easy but its the only way stop thinkin and wonderin if ur doin it wrong cuz ur not its jus tough the best advice i can give is just shut up and do it! lol
@eatcheesee tip toes once you can do that, try diffrent techniques such as the stepping one(bringing knees up running on the spot) hard to explain but burns more calories..

Remember…jumping rope is hard on the spine. don’t do it on hard surfaces. I would treadmill at an incline instead.
Join a gym and work out there…get some muscle to help maintain a higher metabolism, and after one month you will start to feel different about your body, even if you only lost one inch on your waist. What will help you keep going is all the work you already have done, which makes you feel like you can’t stop and go back to zero..because it will seem like a big waste of all your efforts. Treadmill every day…try using the incline and walking fast.
listen to pump up music, you have to set a goal, look at hot pictures of girls, if your a girl look at pictures of guys to motivate you, do it for your kids do it for your mom, do it for your dad, family etc.
If your talking about jumping rope that your having trouble with, make sure your rope is the proper length. It should be long enough where you shouldn’t be constantly getting caught up on your feet. Other than that, realize it gets easier and easier as you get conditioned.
keep at it three days a week and in a month you’ll be amazed on how long you’ll be able to jump.

When I jump rope, I mix in pushups and situps (or similar ab exercises). Burns fat like crazy. I did have some trouble with my knees, but ice afterwards and jumping on a thin yoga mat helped greatly
