Look at all the food and I still need more calories ( I need around 4000 right now) So I will most likely add a snack into this. Feel free to ask me tons of questions about my diet, this is just basic overview of one day, I will be making allot more videos that go way more in depth. Please comment and subscribe!

Like yesterday they made a pan of brownies ( yuck ) and told me eat them so they don’t get fat ! Im not fat either . rather muscular . So I said fuck it and went to groceries online and bought all the good stuff 10 pounds chicken , 10 pounds Brown rice , and 5 supplements from 8Ball nutrition . They looked at me like ” WTF “

I eat 4 eggs for breakfast often too. It’s easy for me to eat 5+ meals a day and I’m still 160lbs 5’10 an hardly any fat on me. Which is not good for u but when its hot out and summer no females complain. Haha lol

  17. loldudeno says:

@wafflecushioned That sucks man, just keep trying your best to eat right untill you 1. have a job and can afford food or 2. turn 18

  18. rodfilm says:

@wafflecushioned If you want your parents to start making healthier food purchases then learn how to cook really well and make healthy food taste good. Furthermore, sell them on the idea of becoming more healthy. Appeal to their interests, possibly of looking better or having more energy. What ever angle would interest them the most. You will not only be getting the food you want but you will improve and lengthen the lives of your parents as well!

Free food is free food.. Maybe talk to your parents about getting healthier options in the house. Go with them and help them pick out the good things to eat. Help them prepare meals that are high in nutritional value. You’d be surprised, they may be all for it.. if they are not then see if they will get the stuff for you and you can earn it off, then cook it your self
