@sweetmama333 agreed, preparation – both cupboard-ly and mentally – is key. I hope you can get some strategies for yourself from the next few videos
@leafgrrl perfect, hope you get some good ideas, and have a good cleanse!
I have always been thinking seriously about a cleanse but every morning I wake up and my mind is changed to just going about my day as usual without cutting out the coffee or the convenience of eating out during lunch times.
So my concern is not following through with it and also making sure that I plan it by buying the right food to have available when I get hungry or crave certain types of snacks. So preparation is key I feel.
I plan to do some type of cleanse starting March 21st, so I’m really happy you’re doing this series! Thank you!!!
Thank you for this series, I have been thinking about it for a little while.
You just look clean. Thanks for the videos keep up the good work.
ok so i just watched the first video and now know for sure it was “20″. Congrats Mike on doing what it takes to be healthier!!!
Wait did it say he lost “2.0″ pounds over the 11 weeks? I hope that was a typo. Anyway, I’m not a low carb/atkins hater i started it over 7 years ago when i was 15 and obese and have been living the low carb life style. Anyway wondering DO IT! NOOOO carbs and 30 minutes of rigorous cardio a day for 28 days and you won’t recognize yourself. No disrespect to the author of this video because i respect anyone who betters themself, but cut out the corn and it wouldn’t take nearly 11 weeks.
ok ive never moved out of induction it seems that my ccll is very low like around 40 i completely stop loosing and i have to back back down so i typicaly stay at 30 and if i plateau i drop it to at times near zero and i seems to re start weightloss
@MegaSassy1000 Corn is not allowed in phase one Induction. However, as you progress through the phases and find your carbohydrate tolerance, some fortunate folks find controlled portions of corn are fine. This is especially true as you get closer to weight loss goals.
wait i thought corn wasnt allowed because of it being a high starchy food and impacting your blood sugar ?
BTW I agree with you about what your boss said, the tactic he used was absolutely wrong, just hearing you repeat his words sucked the energy out of me. You were wise to see that he was wrong.
I love this video Micheal you are so right about finding your passion and going after your dreams. I work for myself and it was the best decision I ever made. My advice to any one out there is to -do what you love and the money will come. God bless you Micheal, I have truly enjoyed watching your video’s and I am sad to hear that it will be coming to an end. Looking forward to next weeks video : ) Take Care.
