@magicmanslim – Apparently it’s common in many countries to keep shoes on inside. When I moved to Holland I was surprised to find that they were surprised when I took my shoes off when entering someones house. Not saying its like that in every dutch home, but it does seem a helluva lot more common than up here, where it is considered pretty much universally rude to not remove your shoes in someones home.

Great video tj, seriously though i started actully working on losing weight myself, mostly because we look 90% the same and I found out just buy cutting out sugar, drinking diet drinks, and crystal light rather then coke or koolaid, you can still eat a ton of crappy bad for you foods and still lose weight, though if you keep “working out” that helps too.
