i drink it b4 meals and reduce my appetite…is great!!!

  2. rakevoltaire says:

Only ACV that is raw, unfiltered, organic works. You buy this kind of AVC at the health food store. Braggs brand is probably the best. The stuff sold at the grocery store will not produce any healing for weight loss results.

  3. 03thamot says:

@blondecrazygaijin some foods regardless of if theyre acidic can have an alkalizing effect in your body.

  4. Oakcliffsweety says:

So do you drink it before every meal or just choose lunch or dinner?

  5. Betonbecky says:

    @gothiccitizen

Would you recommend? It sounds like you’ll get a tummy ache from it! Yuck!

  6. musicfashionjunkie says:

it is before meals right ? it still have the same effect if i add 2 teaspoon of honey right ?

  7. thrilllerlover says:

you forgot to mention the other weight loss benefit, you have no appetite after swallowing this stuff.

  8. violabug3 says:

@bellezzacondolore It probly won’t get worse so the worst it could do is nothing. give it a try. Its one of my favorite “foods”

  9. bellezzacondolore says:

Im 15 and I really want to do this…but would it be safe?

The chick said that it makes your stomac less acidic and more base… is that true? because I have panic disorder so i get frequent panic attacks…sometimes when i worry a lot I get acid reflex and stomach acid builds up and i vomit a little.. T.T i want it to stop. i try taking tums but it doesnt work. would this make it worse or help the acidity of my tummy? x((

  10. spongebet says:

@blondecrazygaijin yea, i went a bit crazy thinking how taking cider vinegar make the environment “there” basic…

  11. viviand73 says:

    @blondecrazygaijin
I was wondering the same thing.

  12. XsankofaX says:

@enigmaticfille I disagree with you, my grandmother has been taking apple cider vinger all her life ( age 100), she has also been giving it to my cousin & I ( tbsp. ea. mornin’) since we were very young, followed by a can of V8 Tomato Juice. We never had any problems w/ weight or liver problems, however I stopped drinking the vinger years ago, and just started back months ago to help get my anemia under control. IT WORKS WONDERS..IT CHEAPS..AND IT’S GOOD FOR THE BODY, WITHOUT ANY SIDE EFEECTS.

  13. whatuwatchingjoe says:

The Bragg’s bottle suggests you mix it with about 8 ounces of water.

  14. blondecrazygaijin says:

At 1:00 you state that taking apple cider vinegar –an acid– helps make the digestive tract more alkaline. Alkaline means “something basic, with a pH value over 7″.

Can you explain how taking an acid makes you more basic?

  15. sweetshishi94 says:

do you drink it every day ?

  16. mrfonzy1000 says:

@sweetgirlhoney1 put 12 ons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water … and drink it before ur any meal like an hour b4 ur lunch and an houre b4 ur dinner…simple..:)

  17. erkalee1 says:

I take the tablets sold at a health food store :)

  18. enigmaticfille says:

@Syaukat888 at 13 don’t drink this because your liver will be very tender. (it may work now but if your liver gets weak it means youo won’t be having high metabolism and you’ll get crazy fat later and have tummy issues) try increasing your greens, substitute brown sugar for white, reduce anything with a lot of starch, changr white rice to brown. reduce wheat intake, switch to multi grain bread (not wheat) and eat a hell lotta fruits – all except bananas. you can have bananas but like 1/2 days.

  19. sexything72 says:

but it tastes like shit! lol

  20. Syaukat888 says:
