    Giving up drinking is probably not going to happen for me. However here are some things I’ve done which seems to help.
    1) No more drinking at home or for non holiday or non social events. I save drinking as a treat
    2) I love my beer but it has to go. Who can drink only 1 or 2?? I now stick to rum on the rocks (Captain Morgan!) or some other type of liquor on the rocks without any mixers which I can nurse and not have to pound down tons of ounces.
