    @FixateYourself Gut is due to cortisol, focus on high intensity exercises, eliminate inflammatory foods and get at least 7 hours of activity in a week. The free version of this program covers pretty much all this!

    ok heres my situation.
    bit of a gut
    relatively lean rest of the body
    i want to lose my gut whilst get a bit more muscle on my arms and shoulders… what should i do?

    Have you done the low carb under 50grams a day.and water retention.it’s hard work but worth it in the end.

    2 things….
    1. Should i do one muscle a day
    Ex. Monday: biceps Tuesday: triceps Wednesday: Back: Thursday: shoulders
    Friday: Chest Saturday: legs Sunday: Off day/cardio….or do like
    Monday: chest Tuesday: arms Wednesday: back and shouders Thursday: legs Friday: Arms again Saturday: chest again (doing abs in between every other day)
    2. I lift then do HIIT right after….should i drink my protein+banana before or after the HIIT….

    Bloated can also be an allergic reaction to a food caused by not having enough enzymes to break that food down. Or, you could have leaky gut syndrome which is the leaking of amino acids out of the lining of the gut causing bloating, farting, belching etc.

    Just some food for thought.
