steps to getting the body you want -
step 1: eat like a fucking elephant! mainly carbs and protein, some veg and a little fat, dont go for the mcdonalds unless this is your first bulk!
step 2: low reps high weight! blast out those reps! mainly compound exercises such as deadlift, bench press etc.
step 3: when you have enough mass start dieting with a high protein low carb diet, do a little cardio and ab work, happy days

I’m confused.. not once have you mentioned what qualifications you have. Are you a physician?? Did you go to college for this? At the minimum… certified personal trainer? I am a kinesiology major and a lot of your videos are giving out wrong information about training/dieting that could potentially injure someone.
Also, how much body fat did you actually lose and not muscle or water weight?

i want to boost my matabilism to so i was wondering if i just ate small meals every 2hrs would i achive more and boost my matabalism i just dont wanna gain. im 6-1 fairly built and i weigh 195 and at the beging of this month my body fat % was 15. let me know about the eating.
and tester so im not very active i changed my mind now i bought a gym membership for a year. the main reason i need this done so quick is because the 8th of september im going to the beach. i am working out but dont care alot about muscle right now that part comes fairly easy for me. im just gonna cut like crazy then ill start hiting the weights hard and maintaning with cardio. right now this is like a full time job trying to get this off im eating good but may not be eating enough
on the days that i dont work out my muscle groups because i already have for that week i continue with the push ups sit ups jump up mountain climbers. i started at 24% body fat july first and on august first i tested again with the caliper think dude pinched my chest stomach and so on and i was at 15% body fat. im hopeing to have a good drop at the end of this month also. i want my six pack back bad. i sat on my ass playing video games for the last year eating terible. im a game desighner
i have a few questions. my first question is do you eat every two hours small meals? do you eat meals, like do you eat until your full? or do you just eat small meals every two hours. let me know how you eat. i know how to eat healthy. i just dont know a good time line to eat, hopefully you will answer thease questions for me with out me paying you. for one i deserve it. i run for thirty mins on tredmill every day. some times more. i work out every day also. i work every muscle group than

you give great information… but it seems like your limiting your calories for optimal growth. you should be alot heavier than you are now… how long have you been involved with fitness? -ardo
@fatherjon908 Definition has nothing to do with weight and everything to do with body fat percentage. muscles will only be visible if there is not enough fat to cover them up, so the answer is it depends upon how much of your weight is currently fat and how much is lean mass. My guess is because you exercise regularly, your body has adapted and you are at a plateau. Change your routine from what you’d normally do, train with heavy weight to maintain lean mass, cardio on non weight days.
