    Losing weight & gaining muscle is a lot of hardwork! I’ve started my new workout through a site I found in the net. It’s not getting that buffed/bloated body. Best is the lean muscular look. Check out my profile, I can’t post the site in Youtube.

    ooh, I am 22% at the moment, I m in pretty good shape as well. Do I need to loose more fat?
    I think different countries must have different fat index due to diet difference?

    @OmarIsuf Huh i thought you cant loose weight on 1 area, you can only loose fat and thtas all.

    @mario68079 Not necessarily, your upward limit of fat is about 2 pounds (or so) a week, but when you lose weight, you also deplete water, glycogen, etc, a lot of factors that go into “weight”. Short answer: YES you can lose more than two pounds of weight in a week.

    I always thought that losing more than 2 pounds a week results in muscle loss even you eat lots of protein.

    my upper body is in shape” – You can’t burn fat in a specific part of the body. By doing cardio your body will decide where to burn fat off. Spot body fat removal is a myth.

    my upper body is in shape..i mean not a proper shape but in shape as compared to my fat thigh

    so by doin that exercise i wan2 loose weight from thigh particularly

    so is it possible to slim only thighs by those exercise without affecting the fat content of the upper body

    please reply….
