what a douche lol that wasn’t a deadlift, that was a single leg squat.
As a figure competitor looking for an added high intensity, iterval routine to add to my workouts, I tried this at the gym last night and loved it. Worked every muscle, kept my heart rate up and kept me moving. I also added 60 seconds of active rest after 3 superset and ended with an additional 20 minutes of cardio.
Nice video, Vince. Keep it up!!
Nice video, Vince. Keep it up!!
@ lword1970
it is absolutely doable,
lol :/
I’d like to see the ladies doing this. From a female point of view it would be much more inspiring.
Also, unless you use weights to challenge the muscles the results would be minimal.
The decline sit-up is great, but many women often do not have the chance to hit the gym because of family constrains. It would have been nice to see core/abs exercises on the ball or bosu ball.
Would have been nice to have a female fitness woman doing this routine…but thank you
thanks a bunch!
females pulling up the bosu while doing a standard push up yeah thats doable – lmao
