    @innilacy – Thanks for the support! I love the Cafe Steamers for the taste and ease of use. I know my calories and also feel satisfied after eating them. I also like the fact that they are frozen instead of shelf stored.

    @GettingFromFat2Thin – Hi your absolutely correct and I agree 100%. My intention was to show creativity that is fast cheap and a healthy alternative for people like me on a schedule. I feel cooking is always better and healthier but if your running late and have to make a fast choice those are some options. And yes I can never replace my Fuji Apples!! Fresh fruit is the best but sometimes we need a treat so I try to adjust a little.. :) .

    I noticed that every food you had in your video is packaged. you talked about fruit but there was nothing close to fruit if you meant orange thing(I don’t know the word). My advice… you should cook yourself everything that you eat with real veggies real fruit and meat as ”clean” (and without many thing on it)as possible.
