    I JUST made these, just got done eating them they were awesome. I used chocolate flavored protein powder and extra creamy peanut butter, restaurant quality good pancakes! Will be putting some of your other dishes to the test in days to come 5/5 on this one!

    @etniesgirl86 Hi if you have all these ingredients at hand, just look at the nutrition fact for each and do a little math. See mathematics weren’t so useless after all? As for egg whites they’re sold in cartons, much more convenient that way. So if it adds up to ,say, 50g carbs, 35g protein and 12g of fat and you eat 2 pancakes(out of 4 for instance) that’s half those numbers. 1g carbohydates=4 calories, 1g protein=4 calories, 1g fat=9 calories. Hope it answers your question(though a tad late).
