    ugh I’ma punch a wall. This is the second time I’ve seen Americans slam this diet. You can eat steak and fries! You just can’t over eat! People don’t know when to stop first off. PLUS you can’t find the Japanese people making the testimonials because they are BIG on anonymity there.     I think I might try this. Lately I’ve been skipping breakfast and I know that’s NOT good so this may help. I’m pretty young and I’m overweight so I’m trying to get healthier before a I get older and my weight is completely out of control. I might as well try… Nothing much to lose (besides maybe some pounds)

    I eat all vegan today I had 1/2 a watermelon for breakfast and 9 bananas for lunch and will have the other 1/2 of watermelon for dinner a total of @1925 calories.

    Why don’t ppl just combine the diet like, eat banana for breakfast, eat ur turkey sandwhich for lunch, something healthy for dinner, and follow the rest. The bana is really there to help u poop bascily. and when u poop u get toxin or waste in ur body. Notice the trend, like acai berries, its the same idea.
