@Hiphopisntdead1 You do realize not all of it is muscle ? You do not know my stats when I first started and once I was done. Do you want me to upload an everyday picture from 122 till now ? Maybe I should on my upcoming video. I took a picture everyday. You’d be surprise how much you can gain in 3 months time.

@Flexah93 Really ? I wasn’t aware of that… I mean that’s me in the video, and I don’t go 3 times a week to the gym. Yeah I don’t even know why I have so much food in my fridge and have a gym membership.
@RNGRup10 I have tried 6 meals and not only do I not have the time for that but it never made a difference. I do fine with 3-4 meals a day. Metabolism decreases too.

@MULTIMEDlA You really should have 6 if you can, and then take casing before you go to bed so your body has something to eat on other than your muscles. But you seem to be making good gains so if its working for you i guess you dont have to do that, just an option bro..
@TastyTeo Well I was 122 when I first touched a dumbbell. If you look at a chart, I was below my recommended weight, I am 5’7. Having abs has nothing to being skinny. If you do not take care of the fat layer on your stomach – you have nothing to show.
