    Thanks. I know that planning meals is the best method for controlling your weight. It was interesting to hear about eating your grains etc. at lunch and your carbs for dinner from vegetables.

    the easiest way to loose weight is 2 eat two meals in a day 400-500 calories and dry fasting for 12 hours and increasing physical activities

    Thanks for the advice. I’ve made my workouts more intensive (not longer but more demanding). And the results are slowly showing, it takes time but in the end it’s really worth it!
