    @1Sunrose Just be consistent with your diet plans.. Don’t give up. When i first started with SP i was really physched (don’t know if i spelled that right) but there’s a lot of great activities you can do to stay motivated.. Start with your sparkpage.. it’s awesome.. Find me on SP.. my username is BSELFMOTIVATED.. and i’ve recently started my youtube channel to document my journey maybe by you starting yours you can stay motivated. Seeing the progress gives U and awesome feeling.:) STAY MOTIVATED
