My EODD Diet Plan Experience!

Drama king?

I am not an overly dramatic person—well, OK so maybe I am…sometimes—but the EODD diet plan has altered my life. I have always felt big boned—OK, a little fat—but lately I noticed my belly a bit more and I felt chunky. I grudgingly knew it was time to change my eating habits, but was that even possible?

My discovery

Then I discovered the EODD diet plan or Jon Benson’s Eat Every Other Day diet plan. The premise of the EODD diet plan was so uncomplicated, yet very practical. Jon Benson has been using his own EODD diet plan for years and he talks not only about the workings of the EODD diet plan but how to make it part of your life style.

My EODD diet plan experience

I’ve been using the EODD diet plan now for about 8 weeks and this is what I have experienced: With the EODD diet plan I enjoy eating again. No more guilt. No more love-hate relationship with food. With the EODD diet plan and its SNAPP system I no longer worry about whether I should eat the pie sitting in the fridge, or the ice cream in the freezer.

On feed days I really enjoy eating all of the naughty foods without guilt.

My clothes are fitting much better. Remember this is not a diet where you lose a lot of pounds and then jut put them back on again. It will be a part of my life from now on. It is that simple to stick with.

EODD diet plan is no flash in the pan

I am not going to give you a flashy testimonial about the EODD diet plan. I can, however, tell you that I have lost about 20 pounds and that on feed days I have been eating exactly the way I wanted to eat. The EODD diet plan has helped me remove all of the guilt associated with eating. My confidence has really increased and food anxieties are gone!

What’s in your tummy?

Guess what I ate today? Raisin and walnut home baked bread with butter and honey and hot milk, chickpea and pasta stew with a drizzle of olive oil and Parmesan cheese and egg korma, flat bread and mango for desert, all chosen by me. That is what feed days on the EODD diet plan are like. I choose what to eat on those days just because I want to eat those things!

In short the EODD Diet is gold.

Ravng fool?

 I know I rave a bit about the EODD diet plan, but it just that it has worked so well for me and given me a new lease on life. Yes, I had to be committed to losing weight and there were times when I had to use some will power, but just not as much as most other plans I tried. The EODD diet plan is sort of like a patch for smoking. The patch will not stop you from smoking, but it makes it doable.
