    I am 34 and still trying to get fatter. I think I am about 7 or 8 stone now but I cant seem to get those arms and wrist fatter its impossible. The only thing gets fatter is the stomach and thighs. I wish I could inject something to plump me up lol, seriously.

    @FluroUnderwear I agree with you 100%. I’m 21 years old and weigh like 100 lbs. I hate it when people tell me that i’m skinny and stuff… umm duh I know that. I mean I don’t go around telling people that they are fat because that would be impolite, but for people to constantly come up to me and tell me that I’m so skinny and do I eat that is okay for them to do. Really? That’s just rude!

    @fire2faith oh my, i SO agree with you!!! I also hate when people think its so easy for skinny people to gain weight but people don’t realize that gaining weight is just as difficult as losing weight =/

    I’m 1,58 m, 49 kg, and 16 years old. I’ve been trying for years to gain weight, but it seems to be impossible. I keep eating and eating, and I’m trying to eat fat, but it does not work. I’ve been told that working out can help me gain weight, but I’m scared I’ll just get thinner.

    5’2 and Im about 48 Somethings I dont think it’s Lbs.
    You Can only see my ribs when I suck In, and people have been saying Im a little underweight.
    I am allmost fifteen.
    I eat lots of dairy and lots of carbs But I never gain any weight?
    Any tips?

    @fire2faith I’m the exact same. I lifted weights 3 days a week for a semester without changing my diet and I gained 3 solid pounds of muscle. I recommend that if you don’t want to eat even more than you do now. My stomach is pretty small so to get all the calories I need to gain weight I would have to force feed myself basically.

    i no im not anorexic, but im 11, and i weigh 87 lbs.
    my dad jokingly calls me fat, but every other girl my age is 30 some pounds more than me! i just wanna gain like, 10-15! i havent completed “it” yet. part way though. 2-3 months ago, i started eating like WAY more, and gained 5-10 pounds.

    dude egg yolks are good for you they have dietary cholesterol which is totally fine, what causes high cholesterol is foods that contain transfats and high saturated fats. Egg yolks also have more nutrients in it that egg whites dont have
