@MrGuy786 dude 14% body fat is still really good if ur 5 8 and weigh 153 i think u should focus more on building muscle to tighen your body and increase muscle mass. ONce you build muscle and do more long term cardio u should be cool/
im 14, 5’8 and 153 pounds but i still have quite alot of fat on me. do i just do more physical activities? cuz ii do play over an hour of baskeball daily on my ball team bt i still have a 14% body fat?? and i drink ALOT of water……

I’m not obese but I have a muffin top and I really dont like it. How should I lose weight? Right now I’m doing around 15 minutes of treadmill exercise and walking my dog. I’m also cutting down on junk food but I think I ate fruit loops lol. I want to love around 5 kilos. Any help?
@shigura12 Eat 1500 a day, but you have to do physical activity even if you dislike it. Yeah, it’s going to suck the first few weeks, but within the first month you’re going to feel it get a lot easier. I can say this from experience every tennis season.
@kanyonsink yes. I would exercise around 40 mins per day. There are many videos on youtube that can get your to lose weight anywhere in your body. Drink a lot of water, and cute each serving size down to 1/2 cup and try to have about 1 1/2 cups of something for breakfast, 1 cup for lunch, 1/2 cup for dinner, and eat a lot of veggies and fruits in between. good luck! hope this helps.

but wah about if ur not active? see, im a 14 year old girl, and i weight 175 lbs. but i really dont like any sports AT ALL, most likely i would go to tai wan do class or something like that, but i cant just start that rough in my first day( LIKE I DID! >:O), SO, SHOULD I JUST STOP getting that much calories per day? because my problem is that i really dont eat that much, but i get fat pretty fast

Im 13 and i really need to lose weight! I am overweight and Summer is coming i already have to wear and change into shorts and tank tops for gym class.
