I am 106 pounds and 5’4 and I am unsure if I have a double chin or if it is baby fat? It is not that bad but it is more like a lump then a fat all the way around my chinn x___X
I have lost my double chin by reducing overall body weight. I still have 1 1/2 chins, but another 20 pounds of weight loss should take care of that.

i heard that if you consume a lot of salt (or your diet has a lot of salt in it), then it tends to make your face/cheeks look “chubby”.
i have a long face long nose and chin and i hate it , i dont know what to do
eat breakfast its most important meal of the day. skip lunch eat dinner but some thing easy and not alot, this is my guss.

Offcourse,breakfast is main thing.I was missing diners,and after 2 weeks i lost 6kg.(not sure how many lbs is that)I lost allot in chin.
should i keep working like that? should i eat breakfast?
