    Thanks, I really love your old workouts and I’ve been checking out the new ones. Your old ones (the abs one) really helped me slim down… unfortunately I gained it back since I stopped exercising.
    Oh well, back to sit ups and cardio, haha.

    Simple instruction that I can follow in my living room…this I like! Thanks for this workout routine, it is pretty effective! I really like the push-up knee-to-shoulder combo one and I in fact, often use some weight on this one (1.25 lb ankle weight) to make those upper outer thighs i.e. “saddle bags” lol, I don’t like that word!! really work. It is a weak part of my body.

    I love your workouts. I’ve done many before but nothing has been good but after doing just one of your workouts you sweat alot and you can tell it’s working! Plus you can really feel the area it’s working on tightening and it’s so satisfying.

    Sometimes I do more difficult, I have more than 50 videos on youtube abf you can do different video every day. I always do whole bodyworkouts, (no matter what is the title of the vie (I stress on some body part) so it is enough to do 1 videos as it described in the beginning of the video. I don’t like steppers and treadmills because you maintain the same pace all the time and there is less benefit for you. If you can do interval training in the stepper or treadmill, than this is good.

    Oh, and something else, dear Rumi: do you think it ‘d be good to do one of your videos per day the number of times you recommend at the start of each video? Is it enough or we should do some aerobic (I got a stepper) or/and dumbbells exercises?
