i just saw his cutting plan looks good
I do have one question, though. ModelMayhem profile states that he’s 6’2, 175#. Unless looks are incredibly deceptive, I’d say more like 190#, at least. Maybe more. Maybe lose some mass for formal modelling gigs??
Damn. This guy is really the total package. Incredible body, obviously disciplined and intelligent, and handsome as all get out to boot. Thanks for sharing this. Very inspirational!
His arms look really dense.
Fabregas?
This guy!
congratulations to Scott Dorn for winning the fitness model category in WBFF 2011
@Lucas59802 Well then you’re a phenomenon. It takes people about 6 months of consistent heavy lifting and nutrition to see any results.
@RoccoDaOne I don’t go to failure every time I just lift as much weight as possible while maintaining my form and do 8-10 reps per set. I’ve seen results in only 3 weeks.
I agree with SinisterSkip you don’t NEED anything other than a good source of protein and all the other stuff is just bonus.
Everybody, LISTEN to what this guy has to say. He’s absolutely right! Educating oneself then find the right program and redesign to fit oneself is absolutely crucial! Wise words!
this dude looks cocky but he is actually reallyyy reallyyy coool.. thats f**kin awesome!!
@RoccoDaOne thats right but unless you go to failure
in ur last set u wont be able to keep track of ur progress
incredible physique
Great video, Scott! Thanks for the upload

@SinisterSkip Yeah, except that studies showed you don’t actually have to go to failure on each set. There’s been no difference in gaining muscle mass or strength whether subjects went to failure or stopped 1-2 reps earlier
You don’t NEED supplements to be succesful in a workout routine.
Enough sleep, consistent training to failure and enough protein+calories can all be found from normal food. The only thing people ‘need’ is whey/caseine to reach their protein/day goals, all the rest above that (creatine, pre-workout stuff) is a ‘bonus’.
The only reasons why people say you need supplements (other than protein supplements) are because they’re 1. sponsored by supplement companies or 2. sell supplements themselves
no you don’t need supplements!!
