    Hi there – in theory yes – but really do take
    care with wheat. I haven’t yet met a person
    truly OK with wheat. Everyone I work with is
    feeling better and losing weight faster away
    from wheat.

    Hi Zoe, I’m in phase 2 of the diet and it’s going well so far. I just wondered whether it was ok to have a sandwich, with low fat cream cheese and cucumber (mentioned in the recipe book) as a carb breakfast?I know it sounds a bit odd, but would make a change from porridge or fruit.Many thanks Carly
